- Serve as the Assistant Controller supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and oversee account reconciliations.
- Partner with the CFO and Controller on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and accounting best practices.
- Support audits, reporting requirements, and special projects.
- Collaborate with outsourced accounting partners responsible for AP and other accounting functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proven success as an Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar accounting professional.
- Strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs.
- The ideal Assistant Controller is collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
