Field Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Technician to join their team onsite in Greensboro, NC and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues
• Repair IT equipment in the field
• Travel to customer sites and provide support on various pieces of equipment, including, but not limited to, printers, POS equipment, networking equipment, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A+ certification is preferred
• Printer repair experience is preferred
• Must be able to solve technical issues
• Must be self motivated, organized, and detail oriented
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have great customer service skills

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $16.15 - $21.50 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
