What We Look for in a Lead Barista:

Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Ability to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and food quality
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask effectively
Willingness to mentor and support team members' growth and development
