Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide staffing decisions and bed management across all units
• Collaborate with charge nurses to ensure smooth operations and patient flow
• Respond promptly to patient concerns and resolve issues with care and professionalism
• Coordinate with administration during critical staffing situations
• Activate cath lab and OR teams during off-hours emergencies
• Serve as the go-to leader ensuring safe, high-quality care throughout the facility

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage hospital-wide operations and staffing challenges
• Comfortable working independently across all units

Requirements

• Active California RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous house supervisor experience strongly preferred
• Cerner EMR experience a plus
