Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work asaRetail Merchandiserwith POG experiencefor aproject in Towson andColumbia, MD paying $22/hr . This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandisingexperience and know how to read POG.You will support a large retail reset by stocking products anddocumenting progress using our app. Perks Work on Your Schedule: Choose assignmentsthat fit your availability Consistent Opportunities: There are always available gigs in the app Flexible Assignments: Enjoy a mix of long and short assignments Grow Your Work: The more work you complete, the more opportunities youunlock FastPay:Paid viaOpenForcewithin 6 days of task approval Ongoing Work:Accessadditionalprojects directly in the app Schedule & Hours Pay: $25/hour Start Date: September 8th, 2026 Start Time: 5:00 AM Shift Length:8.5 hours (includes unpaid lunch break) Arrival:15 minutes earlyrequired Responsibilities No headphones, headsets, speakers, or personal phone use while working in the store. Arrive on time and complete the full shift; leaving early may result in visit invalidation. Review the Reset training materials before your visit and bring warm clothing if working in coolers/freezers. Check in as a Crossmark representative with the Reset Team Lead and follow their instructions throughout the project. Complete the reset correctly: Follow the planogram, place the correct price tags, clean your area, and submit required before-and-after photos with descriptions. Requirements (Must Have) Experience:Provenretailmerchandising experience Physical Ability:Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods Technology:Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App Other:18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor About Us We’rean app-based merchandising company completing over 90,000 store visits monthly, making us one of the fastest-growing teams in merchandising. #J-18808-Ljbffr
