Job Title and Details Plastic Injection Maintenance Technician – Full‑time, Permanent, 1st shift – Salary: $30–$40 per hour. Location: Based just 15 minutes south of Downtown Los Angeles. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical issues promptly and efficiently. Assist in the installation, setup, and upgrade of new equipment and existing systems. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment reliability and maintenance procedures. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in the engineering industry, with a focus on injection molding equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
