Our stores close at 2pm, so you will never miss a dance recital or a once-in-a-lifetime concert. What’s a Day in the Life of a Shift Leader? Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They open and close the store with little to no supervision, maintain a safe and clean environment, and ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve. Shift Leaders coach and provide feedback to team members, help set morale, and set the tone for the shift. What’s in it for you? Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
