The Head of Reward and Performance is a pivotal role within a dynamic and international Human Resources team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR strategy across the US, Canada, and Brazil. The scope is both strategic and hands-on, overseeing compensation, benefits, wellness, performance management, and HR data analytics. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our international locations. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• International Scope and Strategic Leadership: Manage reward and performance initiatives across the US, Canada, and Brazil, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations. Drive and implement a comprehensive reward and performance strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends. Lead, develop and inspire a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to drive excellence in execution. Play a key role in shaping the strategy for indirect reports.
• Data-Driven Decision Making and Innovation: Leverage HR data analytics to connect data with business needs, providing insights that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Identify and implement creative and effective solutions to enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring our reward and performance programs are competitive.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals. Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers, peers and associates as well as external vendors. Tailor messages and use appropriate communication methods to build and maintain trust across diverse audiences.
• Compensation Program Oversight: Lead compensation program ensuring analysis of market data to price jobs according to market benchmarks, conduct impact analysis and develop recommendations/action plans. Implement and monitor global compensation process standards.
• Benefits and Wellness Program Oversight: Oversee employee benefits programs including major medical plans, life insurance plans, short term/long term disability programs, HSA, FSA, and AD&D policies. Effectively manages relationships between insurance broker, carriers, providers, and employees insuring prompt and accurate resolutions. Explore and implement competitive wellness offerings to address employee needs.
• HR Controlling and HRIS Oversight: Oversee HR controlling, including standard and ad-hoc reporting, auditing, and data integrity monitoring. Manage and maintain HRIS systems. Enhance the company's utilization of HR data to shape business decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years Human Resources experience, with demonstrated focus in reward, performance management, and HR analytics.
• Leadership Agility: Proven success in leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams with a strategic mindset.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; connecting data insights to business needs. Ability to navigate complex business scenarios and steer to reach solutions.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiences. Proven ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. employees, executive leadership, vendors, consultants).
• HR Systems Proficiency: Experience with ADP, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems.
• Adaptability and Change Management: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt to change while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or SPHR/PHR certification appreciated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.78 - $32.25 per hour
