Lead Generator Position
Generator Supercenter, a member of the largest Generac dealership in North America, is hiring lead generators with an upbeat personality to schedule in-home consultations for our partners such as Lowe's, Home Depot and Costco. No experience required. This position has a flexible schedule with an opportunity for lead conversion bonuses in addition to a competitive hourly rate and mileage reimbursement.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Engage store customers to determine their interest in a Generac whole home standby generator.
- Schedule In-Home Consultations utilizing multiple software applications.
- Support other lead generating activities such as home shows and networking events.
- Achieve agreed upon lead conversion goals and sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- Friendly upbeat and outgoing personality with the desire to serve others.
- The ability to use basic Microsoft programs as well as company specific software such as Salesforce.
- Highly motivated and goal driven.
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
