Senior Financial Analyst

Sr. Financial Analyst Dallas, TX | Full-Time Salary: $85k-$100k A well-established, mission-driven organization in the Dallas area is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their finance team. Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Training & development Vision insurance Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and supporting schedules Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support month-end close and account reconciliation processes Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and operational support Monitor financial performance and identify trends or discrepanciesMaintain accuracy of financial records and internal reporting Assist with audit support, tax schedules, and compliance-related reporting Support process improvements across finance and reporting functions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3–5+ years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting) Experience with financial/accounting systems preferredStrong communication skills and ability to partner with leadership Why This Opportunity?
