Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Tacoma, WA
Pediatric Developmental Services
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . This full‑time position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits. Benefits Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance with company contribution 401K with company matching Qualifications Master’s degree State BCBA license Every state requires BCBA to have a state license. PDS will assist with the licensing process. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students. Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success across the school day. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decision‑making and adjust interventions as needed. Train school teams on evidence‑based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pediatric Developmental Services
