Over a focused 16-week training experience , you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister. In this role, you’ll work closely with a n experienced General Manager to: Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister's signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence. Lead daily operations with purpose , helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest. Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships. Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
