A law firm seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney in Salt Lake City, Utah. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in defending civil litigation cases, focusing on personal injury and construction defect defense. This role offers opportunities for client interaction, depositions, court appearances, and skill development in business growth. Duties Defend civil litigation cases, primarily in personal injury and construction defect. Interact with clients and conduct depositions. Make court appearances and manage case files independently. Develop skills in business and client development. Requirements Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah. Strong work ethic and ability to manage case files independently. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Exceptional research and writing skills. Interest in marketing and client development. Trial experience preferred. Ability to travel. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Utah. Skills Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficient in legal research and writing.
