The majority of our clients are self-pay and commercial insurance clients, and we are dedicated to creating unique offerings tailored to our providers' expertise.We are currently seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner to join our team and provide medication management services as part of our telehealth platform.Remote (United States)Job Description- Conduct virtual psychiatric assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate medication management plans for clients.- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, adjusting dosages and treatment plans as necessary.- Collaborate with our team of licensed therapists and counselors to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding medication adherence, potential side effects, and therapeutic interventions.- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.- Autonomy over clinical decisions: You are the licensed and trained provider.
