Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills

Role Details and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct PT services for two students (totaling 60 minutes per week), addressing individualized goals
• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation for one student to determine PT needs and eligibility
• Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions in accordance with IEPs
• Monitor and record each student’s progress, adjusting techniques and goals as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to facilitate skill generalization in the classroom and school community
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
