Compensation: $39 - $46.50 per hour, depending on prior experience.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications (What You Bring)

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Active RN license in the state of Colorado.
  • At least two (2) years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience is a plus.
  • Current CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for case management, coordination, supervision, and the delivery of professional and supportive services to clients, utilizing nursing theory and processes in line with the Nurse Practice Act.

  • Evaluates client referral information and addresses requests and inquiries as necessary.
  • Conducts client assessments according to agency standards to ensure effective home care services.
  • Independently directs, plans, and initiates appropriate actions in home care scenarios.
  • Performs duties in compliance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.

We specialize in caring for older adults, providing in-home health care services across Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties.

Experience Required

  • 2 years of nursing experience, including a mix of long-term care, dementia care, or acute care.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in home care settings.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.

Required Licenses & Certifications

  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Registered Nurse license.
