Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health Adult Inpatient Unit About the Position Department: Aurora Psychiatric Hospital, Behavioral Health Adult Unit. Full‑time, 36 hours per week with 8‑hour PM shifts (0.9 FTE). Eligible for benefits and may rotate EOW and EOH. Opportunity to advance to Charge RN within 6‑12 months. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. Deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice and sound clinical decision‑making. Communicate compassionately with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team. Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association). Schedule & Pay 36 hours per week, 8‑hour PM shifts (0.9 FTE), EOW and EOH rotation. Pay range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Benefits Base compensation within the specified pay range.
