Summer Seasonal Production Associate ID 2026-9166 Job Family (Department) Manufacturing Position Type Seasonal Location : Location US-MN-Warroad Job Overview A Seasonal Production Associate is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, using hand and power tools, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment supervisors. As a Production Associate, you'll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you'll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products. You'll be eligible for cross-training in this role because it's important to us that we help you build a career and grow in areas that interest you. Join us seasonally and select the schedule that works best for you. Days: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Evenings: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 1:30 am Returning employees will receive an additional $.25/hr. - $1.00/hr. for each year they return. Highlights of your role Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and work with your team Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) Strong attention to detail The desire to work in a fast-paced environment General experience with computers We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
