Pay Range: $55,600.00 - $91,450.00 Key Responsibilities: Participates in the month end close by preparing journal entries and accruals; estimating amount to accrue, defer, reverse or change based upon historical data and knowledge of business Reconciles account balances for assigned accounts and prepares supporting documentation Calculates royalties and rebates for a set of assigned accounts and prepares supporting documentation for review Research discrepancies and issues working with other team members to resolve Gathers support for interim, SOX, and year end audit requests Perform various Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable functions working cross functionally and independently driving tasks to completion Continue to improve internal process and documentation clarity Continuously look to increase efficiency through process automation Partner with other functions to improve end to end process understanding and communications Act as back up for other accounting staff to ensure proper staffing needs are met and to enable achievement of staff department goals Education and Experience: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience (can be internships or part-time jobs) or an Associate's degree in Accounting with 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience or a combination of education and relevant experience providing equivalent knowledge. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel (experience with formulas, pivot tables, multi-faceted Excel spreadsheets, etc.) and have a strong numeric aptitude. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or UIPath is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, be detailed orientated, and possess good communications and problem solving skills.
