Conduct evaluations for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, employing both standardized assessments and observational methods.

Create tailored treatment strategies that focus on immediate goals as well as long-term communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions prioritizing communication, language development, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques.

Engage in collaboration with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to formulate holistic care plans.

Provide education for patients and their families, equipping them with tools for success beyond the therapy sessions.

Perform occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure a seamless continuum of care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Maintain up-to-date and precise documentation that adheres to state, federal, and institutional policies.

Advance your knowledge through continuing education opportunities and collaborative discussions with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for patients of all ages, with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively connect with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet varying cultural and linguistic needs.

Firm clinical judgment combined with excellent problem-solving skills.

Comfortable utilizing electronic medical records and adhering to documentation standards.
