The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting biological specimens in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring strict adherence to laboratory protocols and maintaining high standards of specimen integrity. Key Responsibilities Collect blood, urine, and other biological samples using appropriate techniques. Perform phlebotomy and catheterization procedures while maintaining aseptic conditions. Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and preparation of specimens for laboratory analysis. Collaborate with lab management to ensure safety compliance and quality standards. Train new staff on proper collection techniques and laboratory procedures. Requirements Proven experience in specimen collection or a similar laboratory role. Proficiency in phlebotomy and aseptic laboratory techniques. Strong understanding of anatomy and laboratory management practices. Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team communication.
