What We Offer

Schedule Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | In-office | Wood River, IL
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting/exceeding team sales goals
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized insurance solutions
- Use a needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability every day
What We're Looking For
- Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
- Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Self-motivated, driven, and committed to success
