Surg Tech CVOR - Travel Job

Join our team at Jackson HealthPros as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you'll function as a member of a cardiac team, expertly assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You'll ensure the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• Flu vaccination required. Medical and religious declinations accepted for COVID vaccination.
• Attestation of PA Child Abuse History Clearance required.
• Attestation of PA State Police Check (PATCH) required.
• Other Regulatory Requirements required.

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week, except orientation week.
• Must report within 30 minutes for call requirement.
• Every other weekend required.
• Floating is required and may occur pre-shift, mid-shift, or multiple times during a shift based on patient care needs.
• Candidates may be downstaffed or flexed in 4-hour increments.
• Scrubs: Navy Blue.
