The role requires expertise in high-risk deliveries and postpartum care. Candidates must possess a current Registered Nurse license in California. All certifications must be valid and in hand at the time of submission. The position involves working night shifts, primarily on weekends. Candidates should be capable of handling a diverse patient population, including high-acuity cases. Floating to different units or facilities may be required based on staffing needs. Previous travel nursing experience is essential for this role. RTO requests must be disclosed at the time of submission; requests exceeding one week will not be accepted. This position also requires the ability to effectively support patients in various scenarios, including homebirth transfers and patients without prenatal care.
