Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description Job Description About the Role We're seeking a talented Staff Full Stack Software Engineers to join our growing engineering team at InfiniteChoice. You'll lead the design and development of cloud-native software solutions that serve millions of users and power billions in transaction volume. As a Staff full stack engineer, you'll own the complete product development lifecycle - from initial design through deployment and monitoring. You'll work with modern technologies including Node.js and Vue.js to build scalable, user-focused applications in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You Will DoEnd-to-End Product Development Design: Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create technical specifications and user experience flows Development: Build responsive web applications using Node.js backends and Vue.js frontends Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using modern DevOps practices Monitoring: Implement observability solutions and maintain production systems for optimal performance Cloud-Native Software Development Architect and develop services using Node.js with modern frameworks (Express, Fastify, NestJS) Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces with Vue.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Design RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for seamless frontend-backend integration Implement serverless functions and containerized applications for scalable cloud deployment Optimize applications for performance, security, and maintainability Technical Excellence & Innovation Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and established coding standards Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Research and implement new technologies and development methodologies Contribute to technical architecture decisions and platform improvements Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team Collaboration & Ownership Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA Take ownership of features from conception to production deployment Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Contribute to team culture and engineering best practices What You Must HaveCore Technical Skills Node.js expertise: Strong proficiency in server-side JavaScript development with Node.js Frontend mastery: Hands-on experience with Vue.js and/or React, including state management (Vuex/Pinia, Redux) JavaScript/TypeScript: Deep understanding of modern JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript Database experience: Proficiency with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases API development: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services Hands-on experience with cloud-native software development - experience with GCP is a plus Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) is a huge plus.
