Pay Rate:$28.00 - $32.00 per hour (W2 Only)

Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Seeking to hire a Inventory Coordinator to support its 3D printing lab. In this role, you'll keep the lab running smoothly behind the scenes by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, tracking job requests, and handling purchasing in SAP and Ariba. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and suppliers in a hands-on lab environment where innovative parts are made every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage inventory of additive manufacturing materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished components; maintain accurate inventory records and support replenishment activities.

• Coordinate packing, labeling, documentation, and shipment of additive-manufactured parts to internal customers and external recipients.

• Track additive job requests, confirm required information and priorities, and maintain clear status records throughout the job lifecycle.

• Follow up with requestors after job completion to confirm receipt, gather feedback, address questions, and document next steps or additional needs.

• Provide SAP and Ariba support for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, material transactions, and related administrative activities.

• Maintain organized digital and physical records for job requests, shipments, inventory transactions, procurement documentation, and operating procedures.

• Support the AddLab team with scheduling coordination, meeting logistics, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, suppliers, and internal customers to resolve administrative, inventory, shipping, and procurement issues promptly.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 1 2 years of experience in an administrative, inventory, or production support role, ideally in manufacturing.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint or a similar document-management system.

• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests at once.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well on a team.

• Clear, professional communication skills.

• Some experience with or strong interest in 3D printing.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of SAP, especially purchasing, receiving, and inventory transactions.

• Experience with Ariba for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.

• Shipping and receiving experience, including packing, labeling, and shipping documentation.

• Experience in inventory, logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing support roles.

• A customer-service mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with good judgment.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a hands-on AddLab and manufacturing environment.

Other Requirements:

• 10%: Travel - Domestic and International (able to obtain a US Passport)

• 20%: Over-time - which covers weekends, holidays, off shifts, and overtime.

• PPE: Will wear Steel Toed Shoes/Hard Hat and Safety Glasses
