USI Insurance Services is seeking recent graduates for a 12-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program in Glastonbury, CT. You’ll work with financial data, review renewals, prepare market analyses, and learn how benefit plans are evaluated and managed. You’ll gain mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to leadership across the organization.
