Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care in the Emergency Room, assessing patient needs and developing care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient information accurately and promptly using digital systems
Educate patients and families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions
Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking and advanced skills

What You Need

Active Louisiana RN license
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
