Job Details Jobot is hiring an experienced and solutions oriented attorney to serve as Corporate Counsel, overseeing a wide range of legal agreements across multiple business lines and jurisdictions in the United States. The role reports to the General Counsel. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary legal advisor for all corporate transactional matters, overseeing the drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining of customer, vendor, and other business contracts across multiple business lines. Develop and maintain standard contract templates, key clauses, and preferred language for use across client, supplier, and vendor agreements to ensure uniformity, compliance, and legal risk mitigation. Assist with and offer legal counsel on a wide range of multi‑state compliance, employment‑related matters, and litigation. Required Qualifications JD from a nationally recognized law school and member in good standing with a state bar (preference for California bar license). 3+ years of experience in employment law counseling, commercial contracts, and litigation under applicable federal and state law. Experience in the contingent workforce/staffing industry strongly preferred. Location Remote based. If local to Newport Beach, CA, this role can be hybrid at our Jobot office.
