Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - Block scheduling may be accommodated; connect with the manager to discuss schedule requests. - Facility can auto-approve 5 days of non-holiday RTO or less; anything more requires facility approval. - Any permanent or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler.

Required Skills/Experience: - PICC line management and experience with starting IVs required. - Neurological/Psychiatric, Work Settings, Med/Surg

Preferred Skills: CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous charge experience preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: - Will work every other weekend. - No on-call required. - Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. - Client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.

Floating Requirements: - Will float as needed within scope to meet facility needs. - Floating is 100% required of all travelers; candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2
