Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience treating pediatric through geriatric patients
• Experience with spine and extremity cases

Assignment Details

• EMR system: Care Cloud
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Option for 4x10 schedule for an experienced candidate
• Patient population includes pediatric through geriatric, with an average age range of 40-60
• Caseload is mainly spine-oriented with extremity cases and limited neuro
