The JobThis is hands-on mechanical work, hot garages and all, not a sales job with some lifting. You'll diagnose the problems, talk to the homeowner like a pro they trust, then fix it yourself.We want someone who puts people first: down-to-earth, dependable, easy to talk to, plus a strong work ethic and the grit to do physical work daily. We'll teach you to sell.Physical work, every day: springs, cables, rollers, openers, motors. You repair and install it all. Lifting 75+ lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in 100°F garages and freezing ones. Hands-on from first job to last.Selling isn't optional, it's the job: no sale means no repair, no repair means no paycheck. This is commission-based, so every dollar you make starts with a homeowner trusting you enough to say yes. We'll teach you how to earn that yes.
