What You'll Do

As the Home Care Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily operations of the home care agency

• Ensure compliance with Michigan home care regulations and company policies

• Supervise, mentor, and support caregivers, care coordinators, and office staff

• Drive quality assurance initiatives and maintain exceptional client satisfaction

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure continuity of care

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit, onboard, and retain top healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate client and employee documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and best practices

• Address client concerns promptly and professionally while fostering strong client relationships

• Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve operational goals, improve performance, and support agency growth

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a leader who combines operational expertise with a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred

• Proven experience in home care, healthcare administration, or healthcare operations

• Knowledge of Michigan home care regulations and compliance requirements preferred

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare scheduling or management software

• A commitment to providing exceptional client care and fostering a positive workplace culture
