Make a real difference every day by supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based, full-time contract role. You'll work one-on-one with students, providing essential services to help them reach their greatest communication potential. This onsite position is open to travel professionals who are eager to bring their expertise and passion to an engaging educational setting.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• North Carolina state license as an SLP is mandatory
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Positive, flexible attitude and a genuine desire to help students succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one speech therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and update therapy plans based on student progress
• Maintain detailed records, session notes, and progress reports
• Communicate collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for best practices in speech/language development
