Director of Infrastructure Engineering

Leading a multi-site team of engineers, the full-time remote Director of Infrastructure Engineering will manage infrastructure and platform initiatives, focusing on innovation, operational stability, and the integration of AI technologies. Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5-10 engineers while actively participating in architecture and development Establish short-term deliverables and long-term strategies for infrastructure upgrades, platformization, and AI enablement Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations to enhance systems and user experiences Required qualifications: 10+ years of software engineering experience 5+ years of engineering management experience with medium-sized teams Strong background in infrastructure and platform engineering, including expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform Familiarity with full-stack development using TypeScript, React, and Node.js Experience in leading teams through AI transformations and managing multiple projects simultaneously
