Subcontracts Manager
MAXIMUS
Maximus seeks a strategic Subcontracts leader to oversee the full lifecycle of subcontractor performance across proposal and operations programs. You will manage teaming, negotiations, awards, and closeout while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and robust data in internal systems. You will advise project teams on subcontract administration, drive best practices, and mentor staff within a matrixed, government-focused environment.
