SAP BTP Integration Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Define reference integration patterns across SAP and non-SAP systems
- Produce integration architectures leveraging expert input
- Evolve integration standards to support changing business models
- Champion reuse and simplification to reduce custom interfaces
- Define and evolve integration KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
- Guide teams in selecting the right integration approach
Required Qualifications
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology
- Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and event-based integration
- Knowledge of hybrid integration landscapes spanning SAP and non-SAP systems
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain architecture choices to stakeholders
Technical Skills & Experience
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient integration architectures
- Understanding of monitoring, error handling, and operational support for integrations
- Familiarity with Clean Core-aligned integration and extension approaches
- Decisive with strong balancing skills in speed, quality, and cost consideration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP BTP, API Management, and Integration Suite
- Experience in guiding engineering teams in shaping shared solutions
- Comfortable challenging designs constructively in ARB reviews
- Acts as a trusted advisor/partner to other IS&T Teams
