Participates in community education opportunities regarding breastfeeding, research projects, speaking engagements, and other company committees. Keeps supplies clean and orderly according to policy and reports any needed supplies or educational materials to the supervisor. Greets all patients in a friendly, professional manner. Conducts rounds on the maternal/infant units and other units with lactating mothers, evaluating and encouraging the nursing dyad by providing support and professional advice.
