About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead performance across multiple manufacturing lines on our Night Shift teamatVirginia. This role is all about building capability, coaching and developing frontline leaders, and creating a high-performing culture where teams can thrive.You'lltake ownership of operational results, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work cross-functionally to ensure safety, quality, people, and performance outcomes are achieved.
