What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care including intubation, chest tubes, umbilical lines, PICC lines, arterial sticks, and IV insertions
• Admit, assess, and treat neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Assist with neonatal transport and stabilization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow established protocols for neonatal resuscitation and care
• Document clinical procedures accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Active PA license and neonatal-specific certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Neonatal ICU experience, particularly in Level III NICU
• Proficiency in neonatal procedures and transport logistics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing patient needs
