Design and draft estate plans — wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related wealth transfer documents Advise on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies Handle estate and trust administration matters Work on business succession planning for business owners and real estate investors Structure charitable planning and family foundations Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals across the firm’s estate, trust, and litigation practices Looking for: California Bar admission 4+ years of estate planning experience with a trusts and estates / wealth transfer focus Associate through of counsel levels considered Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them High Net Worth Estate Planning / Wealth Transfer Planning Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts GRATs, QTIPs, Marital Trusts Estate and Gift Tax Planning Business Succession Planning Powers of Attorney / Advance Directives Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
