This role connects strategy with execution; building clarity across teams, shaping decisions, and ensuring large AOP & functional programs move from idea to impact. This is a high-partnership role that connects business, technology, data, and business leaders to ensure all efforts move in sync and deliver measurable impact.You’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and governance. You’ll design and run the program structure, governance and managing risks at scale; balancing speed, control, and transparency. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings a driver mindset, and can influence across functions without direct authority. This role demands agility, practical problem solving, high bias for action, and the ability to turn complex ideas into action.This role ensures efforts don’t sit in silos but operate as a cohesive, transparent, and outcome-driven enterprise program. It calls for someone who combines strategic thinking with a driver’s mindset; someone who can influence broadly, move fast, and bring structure, clarity, and accountability to the company’s priorities.This position is an individual contributor role, reporting to the VP of Strategy, Release & Operations.ResponsibilityTranslate the company’s initiatives into a clear roadmap with defined priorities, timelines, and success metricsPartner with functional, product, and data leaders to identify and advance the highest-value scope, use cases and initiativesKeep the roadmap adaptive and responsive to changing business priorities and developmentsBuild and maintain the core operating model for large-scale programs: intake, prioritization, review, approval, and execution trackingLead cross-functional coordination with application engineering, application product management and global data & analytics teamsSimplify complex processes, reduce friction, and create visibility through structured documentation and dashboardsCommunicate progress and decisions openly through updates, forums, and scorecards that build trust and shared understandingBring clarity and consistency to goals, risks, and results are communicated across the enterpriseTurn strategy into action through disciplined planning, milestone tracking, and continuous follow-throughTackle roadblocks with agility and resourcefulness, partnering across teams to solve problems quicklyManage complex programs where ownership is distributed and influence is built through credibility and collaborationShape adoption strategies that focus on real usage and impact, not just deploymentEncourage experimentation while maintaining control and complianceHelp leaders and teams adjust to new workflows and AI-integrated ways of workingJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic12+ years in program management, business operations, or strategy roles within technology or data-focused organizationsProven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited direct authorityExperience in AI, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong understanding of governance and riskComfortable challenging the status quo, connecting dots across functions, and thinking beyond traditional org boundariesPreferred Strong communication and storytelling skillsHands-on operator with the judgment to know when to plan, when to adapt, and when to act.Abiliity to simplify the complex and build alignment fastExperience in strategy, planning and operations workUnderstands financial and business metricsWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $164,700.00 - $266,000.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
