We're working with a respected public accounting firm in Ocala that is looking for a Tax Senior who wants to take on greater responsibility, build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and develop toward future leadership opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who wants a clear path toward Manager and Partner , with the support, resources, and development opportunities needed to progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Provide tax planning and strategic consulting to a diverse client base
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex engagements
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Assist with business development, networking, and proposal opportunities
• Stay current with tax legislation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred, or actively pursuing the CPA
• 2–5 years of recent public accounting experience
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Client-focused and collaborative approach
