Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the breakfast dining area. Present and explain menu options, making personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences or dietary needs. Accurately take and place orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery of all food and beverage items. Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including setting and resetting tables, refilling condiments, and efficiently clearing used tableware. Remain attentive to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, responding swiftly to requests and inquiries. Assist with the preparation and set-up of the breakfast buffet or food stations, ensuring items are fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a clean and safe dining experience for guests. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service. Qualifications: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
