Our client is a top general contractor in the West averaging $200M+ in revenue annually with an office located in Phoenix with expectation of hitting $400M in 2026. Their primary market in MI is Multifamily but also work in commercial, mixed-use, and residential markets. Due to a strong pipeline, they are immediately seeking an experienced and driven multifamily project manager in Detroit.

Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to align project objectives. Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Manage procurement and allocation of resources effectively. Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to support project success. Implement best practices in project management and construction operations. Train and develop staff project engineers / assistants.
