Travel Physical Therapist - $2,176 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Rocklin, California. Start Date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts). Employment Type: Travel, Outpatient. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist/PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. This includes providing direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer treatment programs with goals determined according to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. They must set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient conditions, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals.
