Local Contract Surgical Technician - $34-39 per hour (Hiring Immediately)

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Surgical Technician for a local contract job in West Burlington, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Surgical Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract 2 yr of exp Delivers care to patients intra-operative, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assists in operations under the supervision of physicians, registered nurses and other surgical personnel. Responsible for creating and maintaining the sterile field. Prepares the operating room by collecting needed supplies and equipment, passes instruments and other supplies to surgeons. Functions within the sterile field. Provides high quality care to the following surgical patient populations: Patient of any age undergoing surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, General, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pain Management, Ophthalmology, Urology, OB/Gynecology and Endoscopy procedures.
