Job Summary Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Plainview, Texas. This role involves providing advanced emergency care to a diverse patient population within a short-term acute care facility. The ER RN will be responsible for managing a wide range of clinical conditions, performing specialized procedures, and adhering to hospital policies and protocols. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with the potential to float between facilities as needed. Job Details Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, start date 06/29/2026. Qualifications Required: Valid Texas or Compact State RN license, minimum 2 years of ER experience, prior charge nurse experience, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Preferred: Experience managing complex emergency scenarios including airway management, trauma care, and patient stabilization; familiarity with Epic EMR system. Additional: Must be comfortable floating between nearby sister facilities; commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays; provide references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
