-Position: Manual Machinist

-Location: Colfax, NC

-Company: Manufacturing Company

-Responsibilities: This is a great opportunity for a skilled Manual Machinist with strong experience handling jobs from start to finish in a fast-paced, custom machining environment. This is not a traditional CNC-focused role, but rather someone with strong manual machining experience, particularly with manual mills and conversational programming. The position involves working with castings and weldments, often switching between different parts and setups throughout the day. This individual will be operating independently, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to overall shop efficiency. Versatility in this role is key.

* Minimum 5 years of machining experience with conversational programming

* Must have hands-on machine shop or metal-focused manufacturing environment experience

* Strong experience with manual mills; overall manual machining background required

* Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor machine troubleshooting

* Ability to move between different parts and setups quickly
