Holly Hill Healthcare Center , a 75-bed skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, and memory care-focused facility located in Towson, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented Admissions Director to join our leadership team. The Admissions Director will play a vital role in supporting the facility's census objectives while ensuring a professional, responsive, and compassionate experience for prospective residents and their families.

As the Admissions Director at Holly Hill Healthcare Center, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the admissions process, developing referral relationships, and coordinating successful transitions into the facility. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a supportive environment focused on teamwork, operational excellence, and exceptional resident and family experiences.

• Lead and oversee the admissions function to achieve established census, referral, and departmental goals.

• Develop and implement effective admissions strategies that support occupancy, appropriate referrals, and seamless transitions into the facility.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare partners.

• Review prospective admissions and collaborate with clinical leadership to facilitate appropriate placement based on resident needs and facility capabilities.

• Coordinate with the business office and other departments to support accurate and timely insurance verification, authorizations, documentation, and billing processes.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective residents and their families throughout the admissions process.

• Monitor, analyze, and report admissions and referral data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Maintain accurate admissions records and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, organizational, and documentation requirements.

• Participate in facility-wide committees, quality initiatives, and other leadership activities that support resident satisfaction, operational performance, and quality outcomes.

• Represent Holly Hill Healthcare Center professionally within the healthcare community and with current and prospective referral partners.

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in healthcare admissions, intake, business development, case management, or a related healthcare field.

• Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or senior living is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, admissions processes, insurance requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive resident, family, and organizational information.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clinical, business office, and facility leadership teams.
